Plan a Holiday

Take the opportunity to plan the holiday of a lifetime with your family and friends .

Please follow the six step plan.

1. Plan ahead.

Before we start we need to plan. Preparation can help us avoid problems later on. It can speed up the process because we can cope with difficulties before they happen.
If you check the seasons you can plan to cope with holiday weather - by avoiding hottest or wettest or by taking protective clothes.

2.Listing all possible sources

This allows your imagination to run wild. Include everything - and only then delete those things which are obviously impractical. Many information sources are avialable - books, websites.

3. Read, Scan, Select and Make Notes

Each information source has its own prejudices, its own strengths and weaknesses. A newspaper may select holiday information by what it thinks its readers want, a friend may like a place because of who they met rather than the place itself.
Select information and Make Notes ,Always refer your notes .

4.Organise and Present Data

You will need to Synthesise information, which means bringing it together from several sources, combining several pieces into one. You'll then have to present the information appropriately.

5.Booking the tickets

Besides the online travel agent, do not forget to surf the websites of airlines. There are often good deals waiting to meet you.Get the best room.Hotels too offer early bird discounts. When searching for accommodation facilities, do not forget to search the websites.

6.Freeze sight-seeing plans

Most hotels offer sight-seeing as a package deal. And it's better to make a deal with the hotels for local sight-seeing instead of searching for a local travel guide. More often than not it works out to be cheaper and also saves time

Plan A Weekend

Holidays are meant for relaxation that your brain needs to relax from the day-to-day hassles, tensions and worries that are the permanent guest in everybody's life.

Weekends can be planned with family so that children can enjoy and have time together with their parents. People can also go along with their loved ones to spend quality time together

weekends are all about having a good time and soaking in the moment with friends and family.

Take the kids on a field trip .

Visit nearby gym.

Get your kids involved in making a family heirloom - from scrapbooks to pottery.

Set up playrooms in your house: The living room becomes “board game central".It's free, entertaining for kids of every age.

Weekends are the time for families to reconnect. Take advantage of the years when your kids are young, and want more than anything to be with you.

A getaway trip, although a short span of time, can rejuvenate you for the tough and busy working days. So plan it carefully to enjoy it to the hilt.

Take a long bike ride. This is a great way to explore different parts of your town or local bike trails with your family & friends, plus it's great exercise. Make sure to carry lots of snacks and water and don't forget a helmet!

Burn a CD. Make a mix CD with all of your favorite songs that you can listen to in your room or while you're driving in your car.

Go to a movie. Get a bunch of your friends together and go check out a new movie.

When the time is too short for fun, take care that none of your time should be wasted in unnecessary hassles.

Nature

Our relationships with nature are a fundamental component of building and sustaining good health.

The office workers experienced lower job stress, higher job satisfaction, and fewer illnesses if they had views of nature than if they did not ।

Viewing natural scenes has a positive health impact, For example, the hospital patients who viewed natural scenes, e.g. trees and animals from their wards, recovered faster, spent less time in hospital.

Placing trees next to freeways and roads, and having roads pass through and by green areas, reduces driver stress as measured by blood pressure, heart rate and sympathetic nervous system change।

Viewing nature reduces anger and anxiety, sustains attention and interest, and enhances feelings of pleasure।

Being in nature also impacts upon health.
Exposure to nature was shown to reduce mental fatigue, irritability and accidents, and improve problem solving ability and concentration in people from urban areas who are located in a natural environment for a few days
Gardening reduces stress, encourages nurturing characteristics, builds social networks and enhances social capital. Even indoor plants have a positive effect. They have been shown to improve office air quality, increase productivity and facilitate relationships between workers.
The health benefits are considerable Physical, mental and spiritual health are all enriched when we engage with nature. It is a challenge for us to make sure it happens.
